We were invited to a crawfish boil here at the campground for Easter dinner. They had 3 big bags of live crawfish. This is one bag full in a tub where they rinse them off.
Then they take a big pot of water and add a lot of seasoning and bring it to a boil. They added potatos, celery, asparagus, and some onions and let it boil some more. Then they added the crawdads and let them cook about 5 min.
Next, they turn off the burner and let them soak for awhile to soak up the seasoning.
Now it's ready to eat. Yum!
